Leadership Development-LeadTeam

The LEAD Team is a group of self-motivated students with a solid understanding of leadership theory and skills and a desire to help educate other emerging student leaders. It is the logical “next step” for active student leaders that have gone through the Leading Edge Series, Seven Habits Series, and/or Monthly Leadership Programming. Members are generally in their sophomore or junior year and have experience in other UNLV student clubs and organizations. This peer education team not only serves as facilitators for the two major leadership series, but also plans monthly programming around leadership related themes. If you’re ready to begin sharing what you’ve learned, then consider applying for membership! Member recruitment generally occurs in April.

Kellie Thompson Major: Political Science and Spanish for the Professions Year: Junior Home Town: Puyallup, WA Fun Fact: I have loose ligaments. This means I can bend my thumb down to my forearm and other sweet things like that.
