The Seven Habits Workshop is a two day training program. Participation in the workshop will provide opportunities for you to gain a better understanding of self, learn the value of teamwork and communication, and practice some of the most important skills employers look for in recent college graduates. The series is based on the book by Stephen Covey.
Who Attends the Seven Habits Series?
The Seven Habits workshop is free and open to any registered UNLV student. Whether you are a Resident Assistant, member of a student organization, or simply someone looking to get involved, the Seven Habits Workshop will empower you to make a difference.
What is it?
The Seven Habits Workshop is a two day workshop experience designed to get you thinking about the values and skills associated with exemplary leadership. The program is interactive and you will have plenty of opportunities to meet and work with other UNLV students.
Why Should I Register?
This series introduces Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. As a participant, you'll be challenged to start thinking about leadership from a different perspective. In addition, you'll learn how to put your leadership skills to work on campus.
When is the Seven Habits Series?
The series meets on Thursday, October 2, 2008 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and on Friday, October 3 2008, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Attendance on both days is required to receive a certificate of completion.
Space is limited, so please make sure you are able to attend the sessions prior to applying.
